At Neigh & Spray, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient experience for all our customers. Below you’ll find important details about our pricing, cleaning process, and payment policies. Whether you’re scheduling a pick-up or drop-off, please review this information to ensure smooth service every time.
We use sodium percarbonate, an oxidizing agent that is completely safe for humans and horses in industrial washing machines equipped to handle the size and weight of the blankets.
When water is introduced, sodium percarbonate turns into hydrogen peroxide which is great for getting out tough stains and sodium carbonate, also known as washing soda or soda ash. Tough oily stains are easily broken down and released from the fabrics due to sodium carbonates alkaline nature.
Sodium Percarbonate is fragrance free and leaves no residues in the many layers of batting and fabric in horse blankets. This makes it safe for horses with even the most sensitive skin.
Waterproofing services may be offered in the future.
These policies are in place to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for you.
All blankets and items dropped off or picked up for cleaning services must be listed on the service ticket. Please place items along with ticket in a garbage bag labeled with your name and farm affiliation on the outside (marker on duct tape works best).
A late fee of $25 will be applied after 30 days of nonpayment. Please ensure prompt payment to avoid additional charges. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
Payment must be received 2 business days before the scheduled drop-off. Failure to make payment by the deadline will result in the blankets or items not being dropped off, and the client will be responsible for collecting them from the farm in Dade City.
We accept various payment methods, including cash, check, and electronic transfers via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
Blankets or other items that have been dropped off for services should be picked up within 30 days of receiving the invoice. Failure to do so may result in storage fees or other charges.
Blankets should be dry before being picked up or dropped off for cleaning.
Any blankets or items left unclaimed or unpaid for more than 60 days after the pick-up deadline will be considered abandoned and may be donated or disposed of at our discretion.
To ensure a streamlined billing process, it is essential that customers provide us with an up-to-date email address. We rely on email as the primary means of contact. If, for any reason, you do not receive an expected invoice or any other correspondence from us, please send us an email at chestnuthilleq@gmail.com.
